This is an introductory workshop for an 8-week Expressive Art therapy group called The Power Within. In this 2-hour introductory workshop we will give you an experiential taste of what The Power Within series is about, including some fun expressive art exercises. In addition, we will discuss the hormone cycle as it relates to menstruation and provide you with some great tools to assist you in attuning to your body’s natural rhythms.
